The Epic Connect Program Manager will be an Associate within our Epic Practice.
This Associate position, within the Epic Practice, will be focused on providing services related to Epic Community Connect. The Associate is responsible for providing high-level consulting to our clients.
  • Prior Connect experience
  • Practice Management experience
  • Understanding of the Connect sales process
  • Background in EHR product add-ons.
  • Experience with IT implementations
  • Experience working with Ambulatory physician practices
  • Manage Connect client issues and concerns
  • Handle pre-sales process
  • Identify net new products and complete fit assessment for community practices
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the healthcare IT space with another consulting firm, vendor, or healthcare provider. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
